When you add a Bill you need to enter a couple of things to be able to identify the Bill, like a name and a date. Of course you need the amount, the name of the Friend who paid and the list of friends who participated in consuming the Bill.
In summary, the fields are:
- Name: just a identifying piece of text like Dinner, Lunch, Gas, etcetera
- Date: the date on which the Bill was paid (usually the date on the receipt). The date can be chosen from a date-picker
- Amount: the total amount of the Bill
- Paid by: the name of the friend who paid the bill. The Friend can be picked from the list of friends
- Used by: list of the friends who participated in consuming the item(s) the bill was issued for.

- From the screenshot above we might conclude that Arizona, Cheyenne, John and Ulker traveled together by car. During the trip they had to stop for gas. So much for speculation… What we do know is that Cheyenne paid the 54.20 and she also shares in splitting this Bill, together with Arizona, John and Ulker. Therefore the amount used by each is 13.55 (which is 54.20 split fourways).
